Elwanda brings 20 years of experience in software applications to The Consulting Institute. Her primary responsibility is to construct a consulting taxonomy that will expand the Institute’s coverage into the many operational and technical challenges faced by the consultant. During her consultancy she has helped thousands of end users throughout the lifecycle of SAP and other key ERP applications. Elwanda is considered a thought leader on key technical and operational issues within software training. Elwanda began her career as an analyst in the technical publications library at IBM. Before joining The Consulting Institute, Elwanda spent 10 years as a technical trainer and is considered an expert on instructor-led and Web-based training. Elwanda has advised hundreds of clients on SAP systems since 1998, written extensively on the topic, and spoken at numerous national conferences.

In May 2006, Elwanda was appointed to the executive board of VersiConsulting. She is responsible for developing and defining an end-to-end solution support program and portfolio for SAP, as well as integrating solution services into marketing and partner programs. Elwanda is Microsoft Certified® with 8 years of SAP experience -- technical, functional and managerial. Elwanda has been involved in all services areas, including remote services development, training, and certification of technical consultants, as well as the development of the knowledge transfer model. Elwanda’s experience in Information Technology and in other industries with Fortune 500 companies allows the client to focus on her or his core business processes.
